DiFi for All
Quicksand
DiFi for all was a project headed by Quicksand and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates ZFoundation to study and spot gaps in the onboarding and new user experience across multiple countries including India. The study was conducted across two years and looked at the experience of more than 200 people.
These illustrations were made based own the field experience we had while conducting the research. They are inspired by the fish market in Vizag, Bara Bazaar, the central market of Shillong and a combination of small banks across the states of Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. They attempt to highlight some of the observations that were made regarding banaking and digital finance services in tier 2 and tier 3 and rural areas of the country.
